This Email with the Subject "RE: REQUEST FOR MANDATE" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Fri, 15 Aug 2008 17:54:03 -0700 and has been classified a s a Generic Scam Email. The sender shows as "nicolas bob" <nocolasboboil2@gmail.com>.< /p>

The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purpos es.

I wish to humbly request for your mandate to act as your agent in Crude Oil Purchase. I have the ability to source for Nigerian Crude Oil and if I have your mandate, I shall assist you and your company to Buy Bonny Light Crude Oil in Nigeria.

If you are interested in buying the product (Nigerian Bonny Light Crude Oil), kindly get back to me so that I can communicate back to you with the PROCEDURE(s). No upfront payment until your ship(Vessel) has been loaded.Payment shall be by documentary letter of credit,L/C.

NB:Please I would be grateful if you do connect me to someone else or a company that is interested in buying crude oil if you are not at present in the position to buy.

Having stated as above therefore, please write with your company letter headed paper the mandate/appointment letter as stated below:

LETTER OF MANDATE AND APPOINTMENT AS SOLE AGENT

We-------------(Name of Your Company)located at ------------(Address) represented by the undersigned------- (Name of Officer Signing this Letter),Social security No:------ or Country's ID No:---------hereby give full power of attorney to represent us as our legal agency in the Territory of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to Cygin Visions Nig.Ltd,located at No:3B Benson Anorue Street Ajao Estate,Isolo Lagos-Nigeria under the following terms,

1.We----(Name of Company), Mandated Cygin Visions Nig.Ltd to source for crude oil in Nigeria for purchase on behalf of us.

2.We----(Name of Company) has irrevocably accepted and appointed Cygin Visions Nig,Ltd as our sole agent in Nigeria.

3. That Cygin Visions Nig.Ltd of 3B Benson Anorue Street, Ajao Estate, Isolo LGA, Lagos-Nigeria shall represent us and our corporate companies in all matters relating to this transaction and any other as the case may be.

4.We------- (Name of Company), shall by no means have any direct dealings with the seller or the allotee of the crude oil or their agent or facilitators without the knowledge and express permission of the Managing Director/CEO of cygin Visions Nig, Ltd.

5.We------ (Name of Company), shall not in any way default in the payment of commission due to Cygin Visions Nig.Ltd, as our mandate/appointed agency.

6.That the period of expiration/renewal of this mandate/appointment shall be spelt out in the memorandum of understanding to be signed between us (Name of Your Company,) and Cygin Visions Nig.Ltd.

This is an operable instrument and it will remain in full force and effect on behalf of us.
