This Email with the Subject "URGENT PROPOSAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Wed, 16 Jul 2008 06:34:10 -0700 and has been classified a s a Advance Fee Fraud/419 Scam Email. The sender shows as "Mr. Chui Jesle." <chuijesled@sunumail.sn>.< /p>

The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purpos es.

It is understandable that you might be a little bit apprehensive
because you do not know me but I have a lucrative business proposal of
mutual interest to share with you. Let me start by introducing myself.
I am Mr. Chui Jesle, Senior Treasury Manager of Bank of China (Hong
Kong). I have a Business suggestion for you.

In October, 2002, my late client Ghazi Musa Hassan, an Iraqi Crude oil

that I will like you as a foreigner to stand as the next of kin to
Ghazi Musa Hassan so that you will be able to receive his funds.

necessary document that will back you up as the next of kin to Ghazi
