Upon further investigations, I found out he did not leave any WILL and all attempts to trace his next of kin were fruitless. I therefore made further investigation and discovered that the late Mr. Fredrik Wolfgang did not declare any next of kin in the certificate of deposit as documented.
The trunk box containing the treasure is still sitting in our allocated government vault facilities (items dormant deposits section) of the company and in the circumstance where no one comes forward to claim it according to the lay down policy of our company, after one year from the date it was transferred from the main warehouse custody, it will automatically be declared as un-cleared effect and be handed over to the state.
Consequently, my proposal is that I need representation of a foreigner to stand in as the next of kin of the late Mr. Wolfgang so that the fruit of this old man's labor will not end up in the hands of some corrupt government officials. What I simply want you to do now as a matter of urgency if this deal interests you is to formally send a letter of claim using a company's letter head paper, notifying the company of your intent to recover the consignment on behalf of the late Fredrik's family as his principal partner, You will send it by fax or as scanned attachment to the company and it will be received by the general secretary who will then direct it to the general manager (operations) who happens to be an insider with me then we shall invite you over to come and sign for the consignment to be released for you so that we get it out of the company then we will collectively facilitate the shipment/transfer out of Accra to any country of your choice in your name as the beneficiary/next of kin of Mr. Wolfgang.
Sharing ratio 60% for us and 40% for you.
