This Email with the Subject "THIS IS MY THIRD AND FINAL MAIL TO YOU" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Fri, 30 Jan 2009 01:38:54 -0500 and has been classified a s a Advance Fee Fraud/419 Scam Email. The sender shows as "Barr. David Smith"<davidsmith11@hotmail.com>.< /p>

The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purpos es.

that late Late Michael Gambone made you a beneficiary to his WILL. He left the sum of Sixty
Million, Three Hundred Thousand United States Dollars (USD$60, 300.000.00) to you in the Codicil
and last testament to his WILL.

This may sound strange and unbelievable to you, but it is real and true. Being a widely traveled
man, he must have been in contact with you in the past or simply you were nominated to him by one
of his numerous friends abroad who wished you good. According to him this money is to support your
humanitarian activities and to help the poor and the needy in our society. Please if I reach you as
I am hopeful, endeavor to get back to me as soon as possible to enable us obtain all the neccesary
funds release document so remittance can take place.
