Dear

Compliments of the day Sir, Kindly allow me use this medium to introduce my humble self to you
which I know will come to you as a surprise! I am
Engineer Jubril Mustapha one of the Engineers that worked with the Federal Government of Nigeria
with others Contractors in completion of the
Niger/Delta Road Constructions in the Year 2001.

After completion of the Niger Delta Road Constructions in the year 2001,the Federal Government of
Nigeria where not able to pay many foreign
engineers entitlement since many of them were kidnapped by militants that operate in Niger/Delta
area within the completion of the contract
2001/2002.
I want to inform you that there is a new development presently as there is new system of Government
here in Nigeria, so all funds that is are unpaid
to both Local Engineers and Foreign Engineers are now been paid. With the information I have, all
the Local Engineers have been issued a contract
Cheque and they have all received their payment via the Central Bank Telex.

Due to the selfish and greedy acts of some Officials that worked with the Federal Ministry Of Road
And Transport as of the year 2002, deleted all
the addresses, telephone and email contacts of the Foreign Engineers/contractors that executed must
Road construction that year just
to divert their contract payment know that must of them where killed during the attack by the
militants.

Those that carried this act at the office have been caught and justice has taken against them.
As a senior Engineer that has worked several years with the Federal Government of Nigeria, I have
been assigned to search for any of the
Foreign Engineers/contractor that worked in the year 2001/2002 for the construction of the
Niger/Delta Road, so that foreign contract payment
over due of $10,600,000.00 (Ten Million Six Hundred Thousand United States Dollars )will be paid
to contractor Abroad that file the claim.
I have tried several means to contact any member of the Foreign contractor via the internet but to
no avail, hence I have decided to contact you so
that we can work together to claim the over due contract payment of $10,600,000.00. Even if you are
not a contractor, I can present you to the
Ministry as the representative of the foreign contractor since there is no clear identification of
them anymore. It may interest you to know that
after this year, if there is no claim made to those funds, the government will revert it into the
reserve account. In this reserve account nobody
can lay anymore claim to it and this are ways most government officials use in enriching themselves
as no one can ask any question about the
reserve account.

This transaction will be held legitimately as there is no need for you to exercise fear and it is
100% risk free.
If you are interested in this proposal of mine do contact me back indicating your interest. But if
you are not interested, please kindly
delete this mail message and don’t expose it as I am still in active service at the office.
