This Email with the Subject "Fw: YOUR IMMEDIATE CONTRACT PAYMENT" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Sat, 19 Jul 2008 09:39:08 -0700 and has been classified a s a Generic Scam Email. The sender shows as Joy Marshall <jazzyarizonablue@yahoo.com>.< /p>

The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purpos es.

i was informed before I resumed my humble office in the month of may 2004 that
a contract with the federal government was executed in your favor by a foreign
contractor, who at the point of execution did not receive his payments. Coupled
with the fact that the computer departments of the central bank was burnt down
some months ago before I resumed this humble office, and all available
informations as regards your informations that was dropped by the foreign
contractor was missing as well. 

I wish to inform you that your payment is being processed and will be released
to you as soon as you respond to this letter. Also note that from my record in
my file your outstanding contract payment is $15.7 million dollars (Fifteen
million seven hundred thousand united states dollars).
