foreign personnels on how unfairly they have been treated and extorted by some corrupt officials

subjecting them to so much stress and trauma.

Commander-in-chief of the armed forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to handle and release all
contract/ inheritance funds. You are therefore advised NOT to contact ANY OTHER OFFICE to avoid
