THE REASON WE NEED YOU AND WHAT YOU NEED TO DO FOR US?
The International Money Transfer Tax for Legal Entities ( ie Payments received/coming into Nigeria
from Companies overseas ) we pay here in Nigeria is at 45% on each payment we receive from our
various Clients { ie companies doing business with us}; whereas, if received from an individual it
is only 5%. There is no sense for us to work that way, since Tax we're to pay for an International
Money Transfer if received from a private individual is at 5% against the initial 45% we've been
paying all along for receiving same payment directly from companies. We need you as our Agent, to
work for us as Payment Collection Agent for the time being until we establish our proposed
Representative Offices.

will save money since the Tax we are to pay for receiving the payment directly from you ( as a
