Occasionally, incorrectly categorized emails get into the Scamdex Scam Email Database and need to be removed. If this
email has Personally Identifiable Information (PII), or is, in your opinion, from a bona-fide entity, let us know.
Scamdex will, as soon as is practicable, take-down any emails that in our opinion should not
be in our database. Note that ALL emails in the Scamdex Scam Email Database were received as Unsolicited Commercial Email, aka UCE or
SPAM , via unpublished 'Honeypot' email addresses.

Dear Beneficiary,
Permit me to introduce my humble self to you as Hon. Mr. Ignatius K. Acheampong, the Chairman
(BOG-Pending Payment Committee), Bank of Ghana. I was appointed the Chairman of (PPC) of Bank of
Ghana on the 28 August, 2009 by his Excellency President John Atta Mills, in consultation with the
Council of State of the Republic of Ghana.
This Committee is setup to ensure that all the beneficiaries receives their payment without any
further delay and I have been mandated to carry out this order effectively. We wish to inform you
that we discovered your details on our database management system, indicating you as one of the
beneficiaries who have not received benefits of pending transaction.
We wish to officially inform you that immediate payment of (US$15,000,000.00) has being processed
in your favor. However, we received a notice of payment from one Mr. Omer Osman Adam, who claimed
to be your partner. In this regard, we wish to confirm from you before we proceed with the payment.
Thus, confirm if you authorized him to claim your funds on your behalf. If not, quickly notify us
to enable us authorize your nominated paying Bank to effect immediate payment to you to avoid any
further inconveniences.
As you may like to know, Bank of Ghana stand as the Apex Bank in Ghana and we do not effect
transfers directly rather, we instruct our nominated commercial Banks to do so.
Upon the receipt of your confirmation message, we shall furnish you with details of your paying
Bank and further issue approval/letter of authorization and Certificate Of Origin of the funds in
your favor authorizing your nominated paying Bank to transfer your funds into any of your nominated
foreign bank account with immediate effect.
We await your prompt confirmation reply to this effect.
