This Email with the Subject "Department of Treasury Notice of Outstanding Obligation - Case Z0PQ8594" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Fri, 01 Feb 2013 06:21:20 -0800 and has been classified a s a Generic Scam Email. The sender shows as CustomerSupport@fms.treas.gov.< /p>

The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purpos es.

We have received notification from the Department of the Treasury,
Financial Management Service (FMS) that you have an outstanding 
obligation with the Federal Government that requires your immediate 
attention.

In order to ensure this condition does not affect any planned
contract or grant activity, please review and sign the attached document and if 
you are unable to understand the attached document please call FMS at 1-800-304-3107 
to address this issue.  Please make sure the person making the telephone call has the 
Taxpayer Identification Number available AND has the authority/knowledge
to discuss the debt for the contractor/grantee.
