This Email with the Subject "PLEASE I NEED YOUR ASISSTANCE ASAP." was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Wed, 25 Jul 2007 11:09:18 -0700 and has been classified a s a Advance Fee Fraud/419 Scam Email. The sender shows as fabricy Diork <fabricy_diork26@hotmail.fr>.< /p>

The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purpos es.

My Name is Dr Fabricy Diork I am a member of the contract award committee and project allocation manager, Department of ministry of Work and Housing here in Ouagadougou Burkina Faso I would like you to assist me to invest of my fund in a reputable firm in your country. The amount is $14.7 million United state Dollar awaiting in the Banque commerciale du Burkina (BCB)
The Reason why I needed your help is that I made this money by deal, through executed contracts, The ministry awarded contract and the estimated contract sum was $ 62.8 million USD ,I arranged with the contractors and over invoiced the contract value to $ 77.5million USD.
However, the contract has been executed and commissioned, It is now how I could invest the money is my problem, My salary as a government worker is not up to $2000 per month, the government will confiscate the fund if I venture try to invest this fund here in Burkina Faso I have discursed with the Bank manager and he told me that the best way to invest my money is to look for a genuine foreign partner to whom the fund should be transfer out of Burkina Faso to his/her bank account.

The transaction will undergo normal Banking procedures of transferring fund, it is hitch-free on both sides (you and me) and has no negative implication but you must try to keep it confidential and as a top secret as you wish to know that I am government worker.
Upon the fund arriving in your bank account you will have 30% of the Fund while 70 remain for me
If you know that you are interested and capable to handle this business transaction, reply urgently so that I will signal the manager Bank BCB for immediateprocessing of the fund transfer to your bank account.
