This Email with the Subject "MasterCard URGENT Notice" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Sat, 30 Sep 2006 11:53:49 -0700 and has been classified a s a Advance Fee Fraud/419 Scam Email. The sender shows as "MasterCard"<aw-confirm@mastercard.com>.< /p>

The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purpos es.

Dear MasterCard Member,

For the User Agreement, Section 9, Mastercard may immediately issue a warning, temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend or terminate your Credit Card and refuse to provide our services to you if we believe that your actions may cause financial loss or legal liability for you, our users or us.
Our terms and conditions you agreed to state that your service must always be under your control or those you designate all times.
We have noticed some unusual activity related to your service that indicates that other parties may have access and or control of your MasterCard Credit Card.
To be able to use your credit card you must create a SecureCode. MasterCard SecureCode enhances your current MasterCard account with a secret code to protect against unauthorized use of your card and will create a digital signature and you won't have with identity theft. MasterCard it is at this time the safest way to keep the money in the world. If you refuse to activate your SecureCode in the next 3 days we will be forced to freeze your Credit Card and you will have to contact your bank for a brand new Credit Card.
