We have this 30day of june 2008 received a payment credit instruction from the federal Government of Nigeria to credit your account with your full contract funds from the Nigerian Foreign Reserve Account with our bank central bank of Nigeria.
This is to notify you that your funds have been programmed for immediate release into your bank account but we can not transfer this fund direct to your nominated bank account, because we are having a little problem with International Monetary Fund (IMF) so our method of payment is by Diplomatic Cash payment Delivery . Be informed that every arrangement regarding your cash payment through Diplomatic cash payment delivery has been made, note that your funds will be packaged like a consignment boxes and the Diplomatic Agent has to move down to your country in order to deliver the Consignment boxes to you at your doorstep and the total money packaged in the Diplomatic boxes is $10.5millon US.
