An Email with the Subject "INVESTMENT PROPOSAL." was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Fri, 10 Mar 2006 04:39:12 -0800 and has been classified as a Advance Fee Fraud/419 Scam Email. The sender shows as prince uba <prince_e_uba@yahoo.ca>.

The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.

Dear Sir,
l am Prince. Eric Uba, A Civil Servant in the Ministry of Health.l
know this proposal will come to you as a surprise because we have not
met
before either physically or through correspondence. I got your contact
address through
Nigerian internet association/ chamber of commerce and have no doubt in
your ability to handle this business proposal involving huge sum of
money.
THE SUBJECT: My father, Chief Frank  Uba (Now Late) was the Royal Head
of my
community, ELEME (an oil rich town) in Nigeria. My community produces
5.8% of
the total crude oil production in Nigeria but 0.5% of the dollar value
of each
barrel is paid to my father as royalty by the
Federal Government of Nigeria. My father was also the Chairman of ELEME
Special
Oil Trust Fund. In his position as the Royal head and Chairman of the
Oil Trust Fund, He made a lot of money which he left for me as the only
heir to inherit
after his death. The total money my father left behind for me is US$12M
(Twelve Million United States Dollars only). This Money was originated
from the accumulated royalties between 1976-2001.
 
Due to poor banking system in Nigeria and political instability as a
result of
past Military rules (1985-1999) , He deposited this Money in cash in a
Strong
Room/ "VAULTS" with a private SECURITY COMPANY Pending when he would
finish arrangement to transfer it abroad through diplomatic courier
services
with the security company. He was planning this when he died late last
year of Heart attack.
 

THE PROPOSAL: Just before my father died he called my attention to the
money and
charged me to look for a foreigner who would assist me in the claiming
this
fund for proper investment abroad. Therefore l would be very grateful
if you
could accept to help me achieve this great objective. I promise to give
you a
30% of the total funds immediatetly after claiming it from the security
company
as a compensation for your assistance. 10% would be set aside to take
care of
all expenses we may incure during this transaction while 60% will be
for me and
my family which i will use for investment purposes specifically in your
country.
 
To indicate your interest, Contact me urgently and confidentially  I
will inform you the roles you will play in this business. My lawyer
Barrister David williams will prevail on the security company and
secure All
the legal Documents that will cover this FUND in your name and these
documents will be send to you as soon as we agreed together.
