The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purpos es.

I came to know you through the world global database centre. I am Engineer 
Usman Bello Ahmed, the chairman contract award committee of the Nigerian 
national petroleum corporation NNPC .in the year 2004, our committee awarded 
a contract for the refreshing of the kaduna/warri petroleum refineries under 
Contract Number FGN/NNPC/PH/WR/51/2004, to a Swiss firm, Engineering project 
management Inc, in the amount of $120 million u.s. dollars.(One Hundred & 
Twenty Million USD)out this, the original contract value is $110.5m,while 
the difference sum of $9.5m, was over invoiced by us under a secret 
agreement between myself, accountant and auditor of the committee as our own 
share of the contract.
Last month, the original contractor Engineering project management EPM has 
completed the contract which has been inspected and commissioned by us and 
his contract money as contained in the agreement has been paid to him 
remaining only the over-invoiced sum of $9.5m now floating in the NNPC 
treasury account.
The problem we are facing currently which has necessitated this contact to 
you, is due to the enactment of the anti-corruption law by the present 
government, in which all public office holders are banned from operating 
foreign accounts, as a result, we cannot on our own, transfer this money 
abroad, hence we decided to search for a reliable foreigner, who will help 
us to use his name and pull out the money into his account overseas from the 
NNPC reserve account.
We have agreed to offer you 25% of the $9.5m as soon as the money arrives 
your account, while myself and colleagues takes 70% while 5% has been 
earmarked for any expenses that may occur during the process of the 
transfer.
Be informed that we have already secured all the payment approvals from the 
NNPC, federal ministry of finance with the name of the original contractor 
EPM, only waiting for a representative. Note that, we have also retained the

company to the original contractor to enable the central bank of Nigeria
