Thank you for the attention being given to go through my mail. Before I proceed, I humbly introduce
and identify myself . My name is Mrs Fawziya Dhari Ali al-Fayadh, an Iraqi Refugee. My late husband
was until recently, Shiite Member of Parliament and National Assembly legislator until his
assassination in 2005.
When my husband and my first son, including two of his bodyguards were killed by gunmen during the
time of crisis which is still ravaging my country, I and my last Son escaped to Iran with the help
of United Nations officials from there we came to Thailand. I am 58 years old, now undergoing
medical treatment in the hospital here in Udomthani Thailand because of the shock I encountered
when my husband and son were killed which has led to my present condition today.
I know that this mail will come to you as a surprise but honestly I do not intend to surprise you.
I write this letter in respect of my intention to invest the sum of USD$10Million with your company
which we inherited after the death of husband. The fund was originally gotten from my late husband
proceeds. My late husband was able to safeguard this fund through a very good diplomatic contact
from my country for safety, shortly before the recent crisis in my country which has caused a great
damage in my family and the country at large.
I have decided to contact you because I am interested in investing this fund in your country which
is investment friendly. Please kindly guide and assist me in making the right investment as you
have more business / investment experience more than us. I am in believe that you would be of great
help in guiding my Son to a successful exploration of the investment potentials in your country
until I regain my health.

assistance, or better still commit it into viable Joint venture projects, be assured that you stand

at my age coupled with my illness due to the trauma from what I have been through. As soon as I get
