An Email with the Subject "REQUEST FOR URGENT ASSISTANCE/INVESTMENT" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Sat, 31 Jul 2004 02:25:04 -0700 and has been classified as a Advance Fee Fraud/419 Scam Email. The sender shows as fredmoyo101@netscape.net.
The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.

I am Mr.Fred Moyo, the son of late Mr. Tate Moyo, a farmer in ZIMBABWE who was recently murdered in he land dispute in my country. This land problem came when Zimbabwean President Mr. Robert Mugabe introduced a new Land Act Reform that wholly affecting the rich white farmers and some few black farmers alike. This resulted to the killing and mob action by Zimbabwean war veterans and some lunatics in the society. In fact a lot of people were killed because of this Land reform Act for which my father was one of the victims. It is against this background that, all my family members fled out of Zimbabwe for fear of our lives. We are currently taking refuge in South Afreica where we seek political asylum.
