certificate of deposit and receipt issued to him by the security <BR>company, which I still have
in my possession.</DIV> <DIV><BR>The problem I have is that as a refugee, the immigration law does
not <BR>allow me to open or hold operate bank account in Dubai-U.A.E and I do not <BR>want to seek
the assistance of just anybody for fear of being duped or <BR>defraud of my only livelihood, I have
sold almost all the little jewelries to <BR>keep body and soul together, hence the u.a.e
Government is not really <BR>taking care of us. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I'm seeking
your kind help to help me claim this fund from the Security Company and have it moved out from
Dubai here to your country for the investment.</DIV> <DIV>I have plans to invest in real estate
