because of the former civil Liberia war. Before the incident, my husband deposited the sum of 
Thirty five Million United States Dollars to the security company in my village, Monrovia, with a 
security code known only by me and my husband. But now my husband is now in detention. The new 
government seized all our family property and investments and our bank accounts frozen and seized. 
The only left assets left to my family is that money in the security company, which l needed a 
reliable and trusted person that l will give the security code of the money. And make him the 
beneficiary of the money at the security company and use your name to move it out of my country for 
an investment in your country. 

In my attempt to move the sum of US$35,000,000.00 was to no avail as the money was confisticated 
and my passport impounded at Liberian International Airport, Roberts International Airport. This 
money now in question came as a result of a pay-back contract deal between my husband and a Russian 
firm in our country’s Multi-billion Dollar Liberia Steel Plant. The Russian’s return my husband’s 
share of US$55,000,000.00 when he was in detention and lodge it in my husband’s security company of 
which l am the director. Right now, the new civilian government has intensified their probe on my 
family’s financial resources; frozen all our known foreign and local accounts, revoked our oil 
licenses.

In view of these facts, l acted fast to withdraw the US$55,000,000.00 from the company’s vault and 
deposited it in a privately owned security safe in my village of which l alone know of it’s 
existence. I have since declared the security company bankrupt. No record whatsoever exists 
concerning this money traceable by the government, because there is no documentation that we 
received the money from the Russians. I thus wish to discretely transfer this money out of Liberia 
with your help, to be invested in your country’s oil and energy sector (under professional 
guidance) and to help start operation in an oil refinery which me, my husband built in Brazil
