RE: Recent Devlopments
Dear Shareholder:
After many years of trying we have finally commenced trading in the common shares of Global Agri-Med Technologies, Inc. under the symbol GAGO. More importantly we have reconfirmed the interest of PIF Medical of Nottingham in acting as our wholesaler in the United Kingdom. Over the next few weeks we expect to formalize the terms of that distribution arrangement.
We are also actively negotiating an amendment to our distribution agreement with Scantek Medical and I will keep you apprised of the results of that renegotiation.
Upon conclusion of the distribution arrangement and the distribution agreement we expect to place our first order for BreastAlert with an eye toward launching in England during breast cancer awareness month in October.
